Returning an unwanted item?

We understand that sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back.

As long as the item is returned to us within 21 days and is still in its original condition, original packaging and with tags still fitted then we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

Responsibility.

Returned items remain your responsibility until the package arrives back with us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return

Want to exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded (to original payment method) once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Then you must place a new order.

Note: We do not accept returns on any international orders. All international sales are final.
